Sex & Intimacy Coaching for Couples

In the early stages of a relationship, connection often feels effortless. Desire is spontaneous. Curiosity is mutual. The erotic current between two people feels alive and self-sustaining. Over time — through the accumulation of life, stress, unspoken needs, and the quiet drift that happens in even the best relationships — that current can dim.

This is not a failure. It is a pattern. And it is one that couples coaching can directly address.

What Brings Couples to Coaching

The couples I work with come from a wide range of starting points — some are navigating a specific challenge like desire mismatch, emotional distance, or a communication breakdown around sex and intimacy, while others are simply ready to invest in something better than what they currently have.

What they share is a sense that more is available. Whether you're rebuilding after a rough season, feeling more like roommates than lovers, or in a genuinely good relationship that you want to keep that way — this work meets you exactly where you are.

What Couples Coaching Actually Looks Like

Couples coaching with me is conversational, structured, and deeply personalized. Sessions happen via video or in person and are built around where you actually are — not a predetermined program applied uniformly to every couple.

Depending on where you are, the work might include developing a shared language for desire and intimacy, understanding each partner's erotic blueprint and what each person needs to feel genuinely open and alive, rebuilding emotional safety as the foundation for physical connection, learning to have the intimate conversations that have been avoided, and creating a shared framework for keeping this dimension of your relationship intentional going forward.

Every session ends with something concrete — a practice, a conversation to have, an exercise to explore together. The goal is not insight for its own sake. It is change you can feel.

A Lower-Barrier Starting Point

Not every couple is ready to jump into 1:1 coaching — and that's completely fine. Coelle, my guided audio intimacy platform, offers a private, accessible entry point for couples who want to begin exploring together at their own pace. Many couples use Coelle alongside coaching. Others start there and come to coaching when they're ready to go deeper.
