Individual Intimacy Coaching
Most people have spent their entire lives navigating their intimate lives alone — picking up fragments from culture, from partners, from experience — without ever having a guide for this specific territory. Individual intimacy coaching changes that.
We work together to develop a genuine understanding of your own erotic wiring and what you actually need to feel present and alive. We address the shame, self-monitoring, and inherited beliefs that quietly limit your intimate experience. We build practical skills for embodied presence, honest communication, and creating the conditions for genuine aliveness — whether or not you have a partner in the picture.

Couples & Relationship Coaching

Guided Audio Intimacy — Coelle
Not everyone is ready for live coaching — and that's completely fine. Coelle, the guided audio intimacy platform Brittney and I founded, offers a private, accessible entry point for individuals and couples who want to begin this work on their own terms.
Think of it as having a warm, knowledgeable guide in your ear — leading you into genuine presence, connection, and aliveness rather than leaving you to generate all the creative energy yourself. Coelle experiences cover desire, embodied presence, connection, erotic exploration, and the specific challenges that real couples in real relationships navigate.
Many clients use Coelle alongside coaching — exploring between sessions and bringing what surfaces into our work together. Others find that guided audio is exactly the right tool for where they are, full stop.
